Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. The incumbent shall be responsible to deliver long term growth in the Contract Manufacturing Operations
from existing and new business opportunities at the Plant at Jammu
2. The CGO shall drive Business Development opportunities for the Group in existing Product Categories
as well as new Product this role S/he shall identify and onboard new Principals for
Contract Manufacturing
3. CGO will also scout and onboard Export B2B customers for Contract Manufacturing especially from
MNC brands. This will be a key vertical to explore to drive Growth in CMO business
4. S/he shall be responsible for achieving the Production Quality and Delivery Targets to deliver 100%
Customer Satisfaction of the Principal(s).
a. Responsible to maintain and improve Product Margins Labour Productivity and Capacity
Utilisation to result in better margin realisation
