Job Summary

The Operations Officer will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the franchise network and that all necessary reporting is channelled to the Headoffice timeously. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary:
USD 400 - 500 net

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Develop implement review operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Franchise Support: Provide support and guidance to all the Sales and Rental agents to ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operational performance metrics; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Training and Development: Organize training programs for franchise staff to promote best practices and operational efficiency.
  • Finance Management: Assist in preparing and managing the finances budgets and monitor expenditures and analyze budget variances in accordance with the set policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the PREA and Head Office to align operations with company goals and strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance challenges and opportunities for improvement timeously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
  • Proficiency in the use of Propertybook and Webdev an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Operations Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the real estate or franchise sector or exposure to international brands.
