What You ll Do
Consult with clients to match them with the right cruise lines itineraries and add-ons (air hotels excursions travel protection).
Provide quotes hold options and finalize reservations with accuracy and care.
Manage bookings end-to-end: payments special requests dining stateroom changes and documentation.
Stay current on promotions loyalty programs and destination updates to maximize value for clients.
What You ll Bring
Customer service or sales experience (travel industry a plus but not required).
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable using email chat and phone.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn booking tools and vendor portals.
Organized self-motivated and attentive to details and deadlines.
