Registered Childrens Home Manager Dual EBD Homes 65K Birmingham & Leicester

Employer: Medico Partners Ltd
Salary:per year (negotiable depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Work Location: In person Birmingham & Leicester

Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered residential homes for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will oversee our Birmingham and Leicester homes ensuring they deliver safe nurturing and therapeutic environments that support young people to grow achieve and prepare for adulthood.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who wants to make a real difference while managing high-quality residential services.

Requirements

  • Proven management or strong deputy-level experience in childrens residential care.
  • Experience supporting young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding law Ofsted standards and Childrens Homes Regulations.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years in a senior role within residential childcare.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practice.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
  • Enhanced DBS required.
