Our client is in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term plans to achieve business goals and visions to ensure the companys sustainability.
- Leadership and Team Management:Leading and inspiring the executive team and other employees fostering a positive company culture and motivating employees.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all business functions including clinical marketing sales and customer service.
- Financial Management: Overseeing the companys financial performance managing budgets and ensuring profitability.
- Innovation and Change Management: Identifying new business opportunities adapting to changing market conditions and driving innovation.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication: Representing the company to the public media and other stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with doctors patients partners and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Healthcare or related field
- A strong educational foundation in business or related areas.
- Proven experience in Organizational leadership roles typically 10-20 years of progressive experience in hospital services or related fields.
- Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
