We are searching for a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Energy business in a prominent listed company. As the CEO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our energy operations driving commercial success and fostering growth across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing the strategy operations and financial performance of the Energy Construction or related business.
- Ensuring efficient integration of both commercial and operational functions driving profitability and growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management the board of directors and key stakeholders.
- Leading business development efforts to expand related products services and markets.
- Implementing strategies to grow and enhance the energy business while aligning with the overall goals of the listed company.
- Managing and navigating the processes governance and regulatory requirements unique to listed companies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in both commercial and operational leadership within the Energy sector with a focus on Construction specifically in listed companies.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management and the board of directors to drive business strategy and results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
- Deep understanding of listed company processes and corporate governance.
- Proven success in business expansion developing new products and services that meet market demand and create value.
- A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
