Job Summary
Industry: Retail & Catering
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies ensuring all business units align with the groups vision
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all business divisions to maximize efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards
- Lead financial planning and reporting safeguarding profitability through effective cost and revenue management
- Direct business development marketing and customer engagement to champion innovation and foster key relationships
- Lead and mentor the senior team fostering a culture of accountability and developing top talent for future succession
What skills do you need
- MBA or equivalent masters degree in Business Management or related field
- At least 8-10 years of senior leadership experience ideally in both retail and hospitality
- Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic and operational agility
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Outstanding communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for quality customer service and brand excellence
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
