What you will be doing in the role
In this role you will be responsible for a broad range of Executive Assistant duties including calendar and travel management meeting coordination and scheduling appointments. You will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO CFO and members of the Executive team acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a seamless flow of communication. Day-to-day tasks will range from booking travel and drivers to managing meeting logistics and collating documentation for board paper drafts requiring strong writing and formatting skills. Day to day management of front office staff is also involved and cover at reception desk if required. A high level of professionalism and discretion is essential as you will be handling sensitive matters that come through the CEOs office.
We are looking at a start date of no later than 24/27th of Sepember 2025.

Proven Executive Support experience including to the C suite
Effective communication interpersonal interactive and organisational skills
Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment be agile and responsive to change and demonstrate a willingness to learn
Exceptional attention to detail
The adaptability to work in a pressurised environment and various management styles.
Be confident interacting with people from all levels and be able to adapt communication style to meet peoples needs both written and verbal
Excellent computer capabilities in using systems and technology particularly across the Microsoft Office Suite
