Our client is a leading wholesale bank. They are currently looking for an HR Officer to join theirRecruitmentteam.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment process
- MaintainaccurateHR records including employee data contracts and training records
- Supportnew staffcontracts HRadministration andeTraining
- Assistonfacilitatinginterviews
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes
- Participate in various HR projects asrequired
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or business-related discipline
- At least 1year of experience in an HR role. Banking or financial industry experience will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance
- Proficiencyin both written and spoken English Chinese
