Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX crypto oil metals shares and indices and seeking to onboard an HR & Recruitment Officer to join their team in Limassol Cyprus.

  • Position: HR & Recruitment Officer
  • Location: Limassol Cyprus
  • Work model: on site during probation hybrid 3 days a week in office following successful probation
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Remuneration: base salary


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Support daily HR administration such as maintaining employee records contracts and documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration including insurance matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases reports and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support HR-related projects.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor legislation.


          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Native or fluent in English (C1) strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
          • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
          • 24 years of professional experience in HR and/or recruitment.
          • Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices within the local market.
          • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
          • Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools).
          • Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
          • Previous experience in fast-paced industries (e.g. financial services fintech call centers) is an advantage.
          • Must already have work authorisation to work within Cyprus.
