David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX crypto oil metals shares and indices and seeking to onboard an HR & Recruitment Officer to join their team in Limassol Cyprus.

- Work model: on site during probation hybrid 3 days a week in office following successful probation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers.
- Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
- Support daily HR administration such as maintaining employee records contracts and documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Assist with employee benefits administration including insurance matters.
- Maintain accurate HR databases reports and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support HR-related projects.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor legislation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1) strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 24 years of professional experience in HR and/or recruitment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices within the local market.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools).
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Previous experience in fast-paced industries (e.g. financial services fintech call centers) is an advantage.
- Must already have work authorisation to work within Cyprus.
