Our client is a leading mechanical and electrical company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Business Expansion:
Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
Cultivate strong relationships with new business leads.
Coordinate meetings between key client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Collaborate on proposals tailored to client needs addressing specific concerns and business goals.
Contribute to cost estimation and pricing strategies including bills of quantities and quotations.
Client Relationship Management:
Promote new service offerings and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing clients.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Procurement Project QA/QC HSE) to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Facilitate regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients.
Strategic Development:
Participate in industry networking events to stay updated on market shifts and innovation trends.
Advise senior leadership on market insights for potential service and channel developments.
Identify sales opportunities and new go-to-market strategies based on competitor benchmarking and market intelligence.
Support the company s growth through strategic positioning and differentiation.
Take on additional tasks as delegated by the executive board.
Male aged 30 45
Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Automation or Electrical Engineering (or related technical majors).
Strong understanding of the industrial construction market in Vietnam and the region especially in general contracting steel structures industrial doors coatings and building materials.
Wide client network across relevant sectors;
Prefer candidates with prior roles as Business Development or Sales Manager in construction firms.
Knowledge of M&E systems is a strong plus.
