Position: Product Manager – Team Leader (Co-Lending)
Location: Mumbai – Lower Parel
Budget: Up to 25 LPA
Experience: 10 years (exceptional candidates with lesser experience may be considered)
Role Summary:
Lead and manage the Co-Lending team overseeing strategic product initiatives portfolio performance and cross-functional execution. This role requires proven leadership skills deep knowledge of co-lending products and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 10 members in the Co-Lending vertical.

Drive product strategy planning and execution for co-lending business.

Ensure smooth operations across credit risk policy and partner management.

Monitor portfolio performance and implement business improvement plans.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance Economics Business or related field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail lending / co-lending preferably in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of the Indian retail lending market digital lending and fintech ecosystem.

Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results.
