Job Description
Job Title: Branch Sales Manager – Used Car Loan
Location: Ghaziabad
CTC: Up to 7 LPA
Product: Used Car Loan
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in Used Car Loan/Auto Loan segment)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branch sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Drive business through direct sourcing and dealer network.

Maintain strong relationships with dealers customers and channel partners.

Ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze branch performance to improve productivity.
Eligibility:
-
Graduate/PG with 3 years’ experience in Used Car Loan or similar loan products.
-
Strong leadership negotiation and relationship management skills.
-
Knowledge of local market and dealer network in Ghaziabad.
