The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting a positive workplace culture ensuring compliance with employment laws and driving initiatives related to employee engagement performance management talent acquisition and training.
Requirements:
Excellent soft skills for communication.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master's degree or HRcertifications like SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP PHR/SPHR is a plus).
10 years of HR experience with atleast 7 yrs in a managerial role. Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong English Proficiency. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Manage recruitment and conduct recruitment drive onboarding processes.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations. Address employee relations issues such as work complaints harassment allegations and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans.
Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Organize CSR activities at Project Sites.
