THE ROLE
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and values driven Program Manager to lead our Migrant Womens Support Program.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination of service delivery by providing leadership guidance support and consultation to a team to ensure achievement of quality outcomes for migrant women and their children impacted by domestic and family violence. The role will contribute to the development of coordinated responses and activities that enhance WSSSA reputation as a unique and innovative leader in social services for migrant women and children.
This is a full-time position that will promote and maintain a healthy and productive workplace through positive leadership effective delegation of work and transparent and consistent decision making.

As a key part of the WSSSA leadership team the Program Manager - Migrant Womens Support Program will thrive in a high-paced environment love working with people and complex team environments and is able to roll their sleeves up to liaise with clients staff and other leaders.
