We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the electrical engineering sector for the position of Construction Manager.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure the successful execution of the project. He will ensure compliance with design specifications safety and quality standards while leading teams and subcontractors to deliver the project within budget and deadlines.
Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction on site.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and technical requirements.
Supervise and manage construction teams subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor schedules budgets and resources to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site inspections and prepare regular progress reports.
Anticipate and resolve technical and operational issues.
Liaise with engineers project managers clients and stakeholders.
Master’s degree (Bac5 / MSc) in Civil Engineering Construction or related disciplines (BTP).
Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience including at least 5 years in a similar role on large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety regulations.
Experience working in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
