The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales particularly with homeowners high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) SMEs and corporate organizations. Experience in selling technical or engineering-related products and services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a lead sales advocate for the Baltai Energy SSN Campaign targeting over 500000 homes and businesses across Nigeria.
2. Identify engage and convert prospects both individuals and businesses into buyers of our solar energy solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients that lead to increased sales conversions and referrals.
4. Develop and manage a reliable lead database and conversion pipeline.
5. Assist potential clients with registration and access to solar financing under the SSN Campaign initiative.
6. Close sales through strategic client engagement and needs-based selling.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for post-installation inquiries escalations and customer service support.
8. Provide continuous feedback from the field to inform product development marketing initiatives and client servicing improvements.
9. Collaborate with technical teams and management to ensure client energy needs are fully understood and met.
10. Take full ownership of client/prospect relationships ensuring a professional and proactive customer experience.
11. Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies customer engagement processes and sales operations.
12. Promote the brand and products via social media community forums and relevant awareness platforms.
13. Attend industry events trade shows and internal training to enhance product knowledge and industry awareness.
14. Submit detailed daily weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports to management.
