Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Experience Required: 410 Years (Electronics Industry Mandatory)
Location: Bangalore
Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
Were looking for a sharp execution-focused Supply Chain Manager who knows how to keep operations tight and efficient. Youll own procurement inventory vendor management logistics and demand forecasting all without dropping the ball. If youve spent the last few years navigating lead times component shortages and supplier chaos in the electronics industry we want to talk.
What Youll Handle:
Full ownership of end-to-end supply chain from sourcing to dispatch
Manage and negotiate with vendors suppliers and logistics partners
Monitor and optimise inventory levels without overstocking or stockouts
Collaborate with production sales and R and amp;D to predict demand and align supply
Ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective procurement of electronic components
Solve problems fast parts delayed shipments stuck supplier dropped You fix it
Develop systems for tracking reporting and improving supply chain KPIs
Implement process improvements that actually stick not just theory
Must-Haves:
410 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement roles
Strong background in the electronics or electrical components industry
Proven ability to negotiate and manage suppliers
Experience with ERP systems procurement tools and inventory control software
Not afraid to get into the weeds you know your lead times part codes and incoterms
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Bonus if you have:
Global sourcing experience
Experience handling import/export regulations and compliance
Worked in a fast-growing or SME electronics company
