Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager – Group Loan
Location: Aurangabad Bihar
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in team handling (Group Loan vertical preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branch operations for Group Loan products.

Drive business growth through team performance and target achievement.

Monitor portfolio quality ensure customer satisfaction and manage delinquency.

Recruit train and mentor the branch team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling preferably in microfinance/group loans.

Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to meet sales and collection targets.
