Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to engage clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the brand.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Continuously seek out new leads via cold calling email outreach and social media.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Strong networking abilities to expand client base.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing scenarios in the industry.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
