Purpose of the Job:
- To manage Agency business in and around the designated location by handling a team of FLS and maximize performance on sales and quality objectives for the circle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and drive a team of 8-10 highly motivated frontline sales professionals.
- Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management process.
- Design and execute a sales plan to help the team build and expand their distribution (agent) network and meet the targets.
- Plan and manage the revenue objectives of the branch / unit.
- Review teams progress against plan and guide them to succeed.
- Ensure quality and persistency of the business.
