What you Bring:

• Native or near-native English fluency
• Degree in TESOL Applied Linguistics Education or a related field
• Experience with international curricula (Cambridge IB U.S. Common Core)
• Familiarity with standardized English assessments (IELTS TOEFL CEFR)
• Strong digital literacy and ability to integrate educational technology
• Up-to-date knowledge of global educational trends and innovations
• Ability to provide supportive constructive feedback to teachers
• A creative student-centered mindset and collaborative teaching approach
• Proven experience in leading teams mentoring teachers and resolving conflicts
• Strong listening skills and professional guidance capabilities
• Commitment to long-term career development in Thailand
• Strategic thinking and hands-on experience in project or curriculum management
