Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the legal department and oversee all legal matters for real estate projects.

Conduct in-depth title due diligence verify land records and vet all property documents.

Draft review and negotiate complex contracts including Sale Deeds Lease Deeds Development Agreements Joint Ventures and MoUs.

Ensure timely compliance with RERA local municipal and land revenue regulations.

Handle litigations legal notices and represent the company in legal forums.

Coordinate with external counsels law firms and regulatory bodies.

Provide legal risk assessments and strategic advice to the senior management.

Manage legal audits and ensure legal safeguards in all real estate transactions.

Requirements:

LLB/LLM from a reputed institution.

1012 years of post-qualification experience with minimum 8 years in real estate law (mandatory).

Strong understanding of Karnataka property laws RERA and registration processes.

Proven experience in leading legal due diligence and high-value real estate transactions.

Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.

Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Central Bangalore.
