Overview
The Primary Resource Teacher (PRT) for Hindi plays a pivotal role in nurturing language development and cultural understanding among young learners. This position is essential in fostering an appreciation for the Hindi language and its rich literature within a multicultural environment. The PRT Hindi will not only be responsible for delivering lessons that align with the curriculum but also for creating an engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages students to participate actively and express themselves confidently in Hindi. Additionally the teacher will be expected to develop and implement student-centered teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and promote inclusivity. By facilitating a positive learning experience the PRT Hindi helps shape students attitudes toward learning enhances their communication skills and instills a sense of pride in their linguistic heritage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate students language abilities and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hindi Language Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification for primary education.
- Proven experience teaching Hindi at the primary level.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Hindi.
- Familiarity with the national curriculum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Experience in developing engaging learning materials.
