Position: PRT Hindi Teacher
Work Mode: On-site
Location: India
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles in Hindi.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Utilize creative teaching techniques to make learning Hindi enjoyable and effective.
- Incorporate modern technology in the classroom to enhance language learning.
- Encourage students to practice speaking reading and writing in Hindi.
- Organize cultural activities to foster appreciation for Hindi language and literature.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate cross-curricular activities.
- Prepare educational materials and resources for diverse student needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
- Support students emotional and social development through mentoring.
- Guide students in using Hindi in daily communication to build language proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Specialization in Hindi Language or Literature preferred.
- Teaching certification for primary education.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
- Experience using technology in the classroom.
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creativity in lesson planning and delivery.
- Ability to assess and analyze student performance accurately.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing educational needs.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in diverse classroom settings.
