Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging mathematics lesson plans for primary students.
- Facilitate classroom activities that promote mathematical understanding and application.
- Create assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Use various teaching methods and instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

- Stay updated on the latest educational trends and methodologies in mathematics education.
- Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
- Organize and participate in school events to promote mathematics education.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
- Prepare teaching materials that are relevant and engaging for students.
- Adapt lesson plans based on student needs and performance.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics Education or a related field.
- Proven experience as a mathematics teacher for primary education.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and educational best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in their learning journey.
- Familiarity with classroom technology and learning tools.
- Patience and a passion for teaching young learners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning community.

- Knowledge of assessment techniques and student evaluation.
