We are hiring for a client who is looking for a passionate and skilled PRT Hindi Teacher to join their team and provide exceptional Hindi language education to young learners in a supportive and fostering classroom environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging Hindi language lesson plans for primary school students.
- Utilize various teaching methods and instructional strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and progress through regular testing and feedback.
- Foster a love for the Hindi language and Indian culture among students.
- Encourage critical thinking and creativity in students through interactive activities and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support a holistic learning environment.
- Organize and participate in cultural events that promote appreciation for the Hindi language.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching resources and trends in language education.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Provide additional support and tutoring for students who require extra help.
- Utilize technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Proficiency in Hindi both written and spoken.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Hindi in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational psychology.
- Ability to design and implement effective lesson plans.
- Familiarity with various teaching methods and styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
