Position: PRT Hindi Teacher
Location: India (On-Site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for Hindi language education.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students learning and encourages participation.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and progress through various methodologies.
- Modify lesson plans and teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Encourage students to express themselves through both verbal and written forms in Hindi.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources in lessons to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary lessons and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.
- Plan and organize cultural events and activities that promote Hindi language and Indian culture.
- Maintain classroom records and administrative documents as required.
- Foster a love of learning and appreciation for the Hindi language among students.
- Supervise students in various school settings ensuring a safe and productive environment.
- Implement school policies and uphold values in the classroom.
- Contribute to the school community by participating in committees and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field.
- Fluency in Hindi; proficiency in English is preferable.
- Teaching certification in relevant subjects preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Hindi at primary school level.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with students parents and faculty.
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging lesson plans.
- Familiarity with student assessment and progress monitoring techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviors effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities that promote student engagement.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
