Job Title: PRT Mathematics Teacher
Location: On-Site India
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for primary school students.
- Incorporate creative teaching techniques to foster a love for mathematics.
- Assess and evaluate student understanding and progress regularly.
- Prepare instructional materials that align with curriculum standards.
- Implement differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate mathematics with other subjects.
- Facilitate group activities that promote teamwork and peer learning.

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
- Participate in professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving in students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics or Education.
- Teaching certification or relevant credentials.
- Proven experience as a mathematics teacher in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of fundamental mathematics concepts.
- Ability to create lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with teaching technologies and tools.
- Experience in assessing student performance and tailoring instruction accordingly.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
