Job Title: TGT Hindi Teacher
Location: India (On-site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging Hindi language lesson plans for students.
- Deliver high-quality instruction to ensure understanding of Hindi subjects.
- Create assessment tools to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize technology and media tools to enhance lesson delivery.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Encourage and motivate students to improve their language skills.
- Communicate with parents and stakeholders regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary lesson plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Organize extracurricular activities to promote Hindi culture and language.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students.
- Maintain a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hindi or Education (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Hindi at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar literature and culture.
- Ability to develop curriculum aligned with educational standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Understanding of diverse student backgrounds and needs.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to engage students with innovative teaching methods.
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques.
