Personal Lines Account Manager (J60226)
Location: Burlington ON In Office 4 Days/Week Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
About the Role
Our client is seeking a career-oriented and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role youll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients while managing all aspects of the personal insurance policy lifecycle from new business and renewals to endorsements and claims support.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients
Manage all stages of the personal insurance policy life cycle including:
New business quotes and onboarding
Renewals and re-marketing
Policy changes and endorsements
Claims assistance and follow-up
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency
Utilize brokerage management systems and technology to streamline client interactions
Qualifications
RIBO license required
23 years of experience in a brokerage setting preferred (but all qualified applicants will be considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering excellent client service
