About the Role
Were working with a leading emerging-tech think tank that runs a thriving membership program of 500 organizations across industries like BFSI Healthcare Telecom Oil & Gas Security E-commerce Consulting and more.

As Assistant Manager Membership youll play a key role in growing engaging and retaining this community of industry leaders. From bringing new members onboard to making sure existing ones are engaged and valued this role gives you the chance to make a real impact in the cybersecurity ecosystem.

What Youll Do

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Spot opportunities by researching industries and identifying potential member organizations.
  • Keep our prospect database fresh and up to date.
  • Stay on top of emerging cybersecurity players and stakeholders.

Member Acquisition & Support

  • Support outreach and acquisition efforts by preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new members while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Track and report progress on membership pipeline and metrics.

Engagement & Retention

  • Build meaningful relationships with members through regular touchpoints.
  • Help organize member-driven engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Manage queries renewals and ensure every member feels valued.

Event & Initiative Support

  • Assist in planning and running impactful member events and forums.
  • Support thematic discussions in cybersecurity and broader stakeholder engagements.
  • Map industry trends and contribute to sectoral initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • Education: Postgraduate in Management (MBA or equivalent).
  • Experience: 35 years in client servicing B2B sales marketing or partnerships. Exposure to technology cybersecurity or membership/association models is a plus.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
