ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS COMPOSITE TECHNICIAN JOB
As a new Composite Technician at Visioneering Inc. you can anticipate an engaging and handson experience in the Aerospace industry. Your daytoday tasks will involve preparing cutting and assembling composite materials to create highquality tools and/or parts. Including wet lay resin infusions and prepreg lay ups. Youll follow detailed specifications and blueprints to ensure precision in every job.

Expect to operate specialized tools and machinery while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 4:45 PM with an additional shift on Saturday from 6 AM to 12 PM. (Sundays as needed). This routine allows for a structured workweek providing a consistent environment for skill development and collaboration with experienced team members. As you grow in this role you will gain exposure to various aspects of the composite fabrication process making every day an opportunity for learning and advancement in the Aerospace Space and Defense industry.

Strong attention to detail is essential as precision in measuring cutting and assembling composite materials directly impacts the quality of the tool. Problemsolving skills are crucial as you will often encounter challenges that require innovative solutions. A basic understanding of composite materials (i.e. fiberglass carbon fiber Kevlar BMI etc. properties will enhance your ability to select the right materials and processes for each job.

Furthermore effective communication and teamwork skills are important as you will collaborate with colleagues to meet goals and deadlines. A commitment to safety practices and quality assurance is also vital in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
