Job Description

Perform IP network and low current related work in Projects.

Perform installation termination and commissioning of Structured Cabling Systems for Optical Fiber and Copper

(UTP Network low current cables etc.)

Install Pipes conduits cable trays cable ladder floor boxes etc. (all 1st fix installations)

Perform all types of 2nd fix installations

Perform splicing for Optical Fiber by using fusion splicer machine.

Install Network and Server Cabinets

Install and configure CCTV and IP Camera Systems

Install and configure Access Control Systems

Install Outdoor Wireless Antennas and Indoor units

Install Wireless Access Points (indoor)

Install Raised Floor Systems for Data Center

Pull wire through conduits and through holes in walls and floors

Perform cable test using cable analyzer

Perform troubleshooting on network connectivity related incidents

Prepare site surveys and summit reports on results and requirements

Prepare Diagrams and Layouts via AutoCAD and Visio

Requirements

Needs to have high school diploma in Computer Hardware Networking Electricity or relevant degree

Needs to be skilled in AutoCAD

Certificates in Structured Cabling Systems will be preferred

Needs to have minimum 3 years of experience as network technician

Ability to use OTDR Splicing machine fusion splicer Fluke DSX 5000 and more.

Should be creative patient hard worker and work under pressure

Should have good communication skills in English

Working Conditions:

The job would require to perform multitask and work other than normal working hours as requirements dictate.
