What youll do
A Digital Solution Advisor is at the cutting edge of customer engagement innovating the way of Digital Selling in sales cycles on top of traditional customer engagement model. He/she possesses advanced/expert level knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy.
The aim of this position is to work with identified SAP Partners to support them in progressing the deal pipeline and ultimately make the ecosystem selfsufficient resulting in high quality of presales engagements for deals led and run by partners.
In this position a Digital Solution Advisor distinguishes oneself through a mix of deep solution knowledge and a drive for innovative engaging experiences keeping pace with evolving customer behaviours and expectations for impactful resonant strategies
These are some of the responsibilities you will have:
Area 1: Deal Support
The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist is instrumental in elevating SAPs presence and impact in potential customer engagements. Their primary responsibility lies in not only executing presales presentations but also crafting them ensuring they communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions especially to highlevel executives. By seamlessly collaborating with VAT teams they will be fundamental in weaving customer pain points into innovative narratives highlighting SAPs solutions. They will maintain and curate an asset library for efficient lowtouch transaction processes. Beyond the initial presentations they will be leading discovery sessions with potential clients ensuring that SAPs offerings align with their unique requirements. Their intermediate knowledge of SAP solutions backed by relevant customer success stories will cement your credibility in the field. With expertise in virtual tools like the SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology they will ensure impactful remote presentations. As a specialist they will have a hand in shaping customer roadmaps for their transition to Cloud environments and provide vital support in RFx completion. Their involvement will persist postsale ensuring clients transition smoothly and they will take charge in crafting holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations
Area 2: Demand Generation
A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will play a role in our demand generation efforts. With an intermediate grasp of solution knowledge they are trusted to enhance and refine content that speaks directly to our prospective clients. Collaborating closely with our DG & marketing teams their insights will help craft targeted content that resonates with the needs and aspirations of our audience. Their proficiency ensures that our outreach is both relevant and compelling.
Area 3: Digital Content
They will actively contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customerfacing scenarios. By incorporating intermediatelevel insights and product nuances they will enhance the depth and relevance of the content for our audience.
Sales Enablement:
A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist delves deeper into sales enablement actively participating in the creation and refinement of training materials. Their understanding of SAP products allows them to help sales teams navigate through complex features ensuring theyre wellprepared to address customer inquiries.
