Your research skills will be essential in helping streamline the sales process allowing the sales team to focus on what they do best - closing deals. Responsibilities
- Research and locate mobile phone numbers for financial advisor leads using various online databases and search tools
- Update and maintain lead records in Salesforce CRM system with newly discovered contact information
- Utilize specialized tools like Fast People Search and Broker Check to verify and cross-reference professional information
- Add comprehensive notes to lead records documenting all changes and updates made for sales team reference
- Conduct brief verification calls to confirm mobile numbers are active and reachable
- Mark leads as qualified once mobile numbers are successfully verified and added to the system
- Follow established data research processes and quality standards
- Maintain accurate up-to-date records in the CRM system to support sales team efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM systems particularly Salesforce platform
- Lead Generation / Sales or Appointment setting experienc
- Strong research abilities and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in using online databases search engines and professional verification tools
- Understanding of data verification processes and quality control standards
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional computer setup
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines
- Previous experience in lead generation data research or similar roles preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
