Remote Cruise Specialist-WFH

About the Role:
Are you someone who loves the sea knows their way around cruise options and enjoys helping others discover unforgettable getaways We re looking for a Cruise Specialist to join our remote travel team. If youre passionate about cruise travel and enjoy working independently this role lets you turn that enthusiasm into a rewarding role completely from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through cruise options tailoring recommendations to match their travel goals and budget
- Share insights about cruise lines itineraries and destinations especially throughout the Caribbean
- Manage end-to-end booking logistics including reservations guest preferences and payment coordination
- Build long-term client relationships that inspire trust loyalty and referrals
- Keep up-to-date on current travel regulations promotions and cruise industry trends
What Were Looking For:
- Personal cruise experience preferred but not required
- A friendly proactive communicator who enjoys working with people
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting
- Comfortable using booking tools and digital platforms for managing client needs
