Role Details
- Location: Greater Toronto Area ON
- Type: Full-time Contract
- Compensation: $2500$CAD/month base %commissions (minimum 500$ for purchased car)
- Reports To: Procurement Manager & General Manager
- Must Have: Driver s license & access to a vehicle
Requirements
What Youll Do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
- Collect product pricing and availability information for client pre-order requests to support informed decision-making.
- Build and nurture relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Leverage your analytical skills using MS Excel and supplier platforms.
- Collaborate directly with sales and operations to streamline delivery and export activities.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and international export standards.
Who You Are
- You ve worked in the automotive industry ideally in sales or dealership management (2 3 years).
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with solid Excel skills.
- Comfortable navigating multilingual multicultural environments English is a must; French and/or Russian are assets.
- Organized proactive and ready to thrive in a startup setting.

High school diploma; At least 3 years of relevant experience; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Valid driver's license; Sense of responsibility and commitment; Planning and organizational skills; Resourcefulness, autonomy, good judgment and flexibility; Experience and/or knowledge in the field of heavy machinery or general mechanics; Working language: English-French is an asset.
