- Develop action plan to achieve LTP & Sales budget of group & nongroup products
- Build up sales in new product lines

- Drive overall sales operation of the region
- Develop action plan to achieve LTP & Sales budget of group & nongroup products
- Build up sales in new product lines
- Execute & monitor customer relationship management as per defined strategy & action plan for respective segments
- Drive secondary & tertiary selling activities to increase demand
- Execute network expansion & sustainability as per 3I/3R Distribution Financials
- Execute & monitor customer relationship management as per defined strategy & action plan for respective segments
- Drive secondary & tertiary selling activities to increase demand
- Execute network expansion & sustainability as per 3I/3R
- Responsible for payment collection & ensuring over dues are well within the norms.
