Job Description: Sr. Sales Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sr. Sales Associate you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships. This is a fulltime position and we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in the sales industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports including forecasts and weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Desired Experience
- 510 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales strategies and performance.
