Job Description
Position: Sales Development Representative
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7am 4pm or 8am 5pm US Central time
Pay Range: USD 1500 per month
Company/Client Overview:
A USbased cold form steel manufacturer
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting

Target general contractors distributors engineers and designers
-
Qualify leads and book discovery meetings
-
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)

Collaborate with marketing on scripts and sales messaging
-
Participate in virtual client meetings via Microsoft Teams
-
Achieve KPIs based on pipeline value and meetings booked
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development or outbound SDR role

Familiarity with the U.S. construction market preferred
-
Proficient with tools like HubSpot CRM Microsoft Teams and calling apps (e.g. OpenPhone)

Techsavvy and highly selfmotivated

Excellent English communication skills

Strong desire to learn and become an expert in our system
