Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic
team. In this role you will be responsible for promoting our specialized hospitality recruitment
services generating new business leads and building strong client relationships. You will work
closely with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and achieve monthly and
quarterly targets in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively
promoting our hospitality recruitment services.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold
calling networking and referrals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing
clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Service Presentation: Conduct product presentations and consultations to clearly
articulate the value of our staffing solutions.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market
developments to continuously refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: 13 years of tele sales or similar experience preferably within the
recruitment hospitality or related industries.
Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven
ability to close deals.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment while managing
multiple priorities.
Good to Have:
Experience within the hospitality or recruitment sectors.
Knowledge of various sales methodologies and techniques. Relevant sales or industry certifications.
