Position: Business Development Manager

Shift: US Shift

Location: Remote)

About The Role:

At Ascendion we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking excellent communication skills sales experience and a resultsoriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships and new ways to reach existing markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the companys client base and increase revenue. Setting up meetings with USbased clients via calls and Emails.
  • Engage into discussions with senior executives buyers technology leaders to open opportunities and build a pipeline.
  • Work closely with US Sales counterparts to setup meetings for them identify key decision makers and pursue new lead generation techniques.
  • Work closely with Marketing on email campaigns and other lead generation strategies to open client opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities progress and results to senior management. Collaborating with management on sales goals planning and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing Computer Science or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5 Years of proven track record of success in business development sales or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
