Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle recruitment activities including posting jobs on various job portals and managing applicant tracking.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and administer attendance policies.
- Perform general HR administrative duties supporting daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations and communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong command of English language both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and job portal management.
- Familiarity with attendance management systems and administrative work.
