Since 1908 our familyowned business has earned a reputation for quality work and unmatched customer focus. We are growing and looking for a fulltime dispatcher with integrity and professionalism to join our team in Montgomery Alabama. This position will be TuesdaySaturday 7am4pm central.
Our dispatch team works diligently to ensure that our technicians get to their calls and that our customers know when they will be arriving. This position plays a vital role in making sure our customers are receiving exceptional service. We wantyouto be a part of helping us positively impact and enrich each person whose home we service.

WhatYouwillbe doing:
- Effectively communicate with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have
- Organize and assign calls to techs and dispatch techs out
- Book calls when necessary
- Build installs and book estimates
- Debrief calls and input all information from call into system
- Develop the necessary skills to navigate Spectrum and utilize it properly (prior knowledge of this is preferred)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One year of dispatch work experience preferred
- Customer service and phone experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Required 40 WPM
