- Provide technical expertise on issues related to emerging infectious disease threats, disease surveillance, laboratory-based surveillance, HAIs, IPC, with an emphasis on the prevention, detection, and containment of AMR.
- Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement with decision makers at the facility, national, and regional levels.
- Plan and implement risk, needs, and capacity assessments for emerging disease/AMR threats at the national and health facility levels.
- Develop and implement instructional materials using diverse training methodologies for clinical and public health professionals and other technical personnel.
- Coordinate and lead training, mentoring, and/or coaching for diverse disciplines in the health setting.
- Design and oversee monitoring and evaluation strategies for both in-person and virtual training activities.
