Job Overview:
Our client a dynamic conglomerate renowned for its expertise in Real Estate and other industries is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various real estate projects. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating project teams managing budgets and timelines and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage real estate projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project teams including architects engineers contractors and vendors.
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets and track progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Communicate project status issues and decisions to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering real estate projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Requirements The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily: Minimum of a HND/ BSC in Estate Management or Similar discipline 5 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization Must be able to demonstrate your experience of managing property and projects The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision-making, and a hands on approach Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills
