Position Title: Bookkeeper
Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid
Salary: Php 40000 Php 60000
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BOOKKEEPER
Responsibilities as a Bookkeeper:
Effectively use Xero and QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Utilize Hub Doc and Dex to streamline document management and ensure efficient data processing.
Stay up to date with Australian GST regulations and ensure compliance in all financial activities.
Perform fundamental accounting tasks including but not limited to
Allocation of payments
Bank reconciliation
Recording and categorizing financial transaction
Qualifications as a Bookkeeper:
A degree or certification in Accounting Finance or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years minimum experience as Bookkeeper
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks is required.
Experience using Hub Doc and Dex is a plus.
Familiarity with the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) system.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
