Job Title: Documentation Officer

Duration: 3 months (Contract)

Location: 3 CBP Singapore

Headcount: 4

Job Background/Context:

A key requirement is to establish a robust process and control around client legal document retention/retrievability. Currently documents in the system are partially indexed hindering retrievability. This role will assist in the onetime cleanup by scanning existing legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand different facilities under Global Margin Lending (GML) and identify associated legal documents.
  • Retrieve scan and upload existing legal documents accurately into the system.
  • Conduct quality checks on scanning and perform reconciliation activities.
  • Person Specification:

    Knowledge/Experience:

    • Experience with document scanning and retrieval processes familiarity with legal document management.
    • Experience in credit operations or investment teams.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in scanning accuracy in documentation attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with Documentum or similar document management systems.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.
