Our client is seeking a high energy CTO to join their team and lead the technical development of their platform and its technologies that drives its crypto exchange.

Job Overview:

As our CTO you will be responsible for working closely with our product team to build and enhance the robust scalable and secure exchange platform that is easy to use and used by thousands of users in the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the technical team to deliver on the companys vision and customer requests
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for the platform.
• Work with the product team to design develop and deliver a robust scalable and secure platform for the future.
• Ensure the platform is compliant with relevant regulations and security standards.
• Manage and optimise the development process to ensure timely delivery of the platform.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance the platforms functionality.
• Collaborate with the executive management team to develop and execute the companys overall strategy.

Key Qualifications:

• Deep experience and context of Web3 crypto currency and blockchain technology
• Experience building and scaling technical teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering successful technology products.
• Knowledge of blockchain and decentralised technologies.
• Experience working with smart contracts DAOs and related technologies preferred
• Familiarity with relevant security and audit standards preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
